Prime Kids Learning Center | 2024/25

Monthly payment installment plan, as indicated, is scheduled to draft automatically from the method of payment on the account, on the 1st of each month from Sept through May/Aug for all school year long programs. First month will be charged upon enrollment, then continue as scheduled. The program's monthly cost is prorated for any late enrollments during the month. If there is a balance due remaining after the final scheduled installment payment (due to late enrollment or missed payment) the remaining balance due will be drafted automatically 7 days prior to the last scheduled class of the season. Once the year ends, recurring drafts stop automatically.

Refund Policy:

* All requests for season cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to saltlake@soccershots.com.

* Annual Enrollment Fee is Non-Refundable.

* Full refunds minus a $10 fee apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of any season.

* Soccer Shots shall assume no liability in the event that a season is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrences, or any other event that renders performance of the season impracticable, illegal or impossible. Soccer Shots will make every effort to offer a substitution event in the case Soccer Shots cancels or postpones due to a fortuitous event.

Monthly Subscriptions:

* Withdrawal of an enrollment for a monthly subscription based program must be submitted in writing 5 days prior to scheduled payment withdrawal. Failure to submit withdrawal request 5 days prior, resulting in a payment being withdrawn, a $10 refund fee will be applied.

Jerseys:

* Within the first 14 days of the season start, Jerseys may be exchanged if unused, and tags have not been removed by reaching out to merchandisecustormerservice@soccershots.com. Additional Jerseys may be purchased on our website, online store.

Make Up & Cancellations:

* We will use indoor space during inclement weather. If there is no indoor space available, we will reschedule OR add additional time to following 3 sessions to make up for curriculum and time missed.

* Make up classes may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled sessions if additional time is not an option for the school. All this will be communicated to families with enough time to plan ahead.

* Monthly locations are guaranteed 4 sessions a month, excluding holidays and school closures. Additional sessions will be used as make ups or given as extra sessions at end of year.

* An email and text will be sent when there is a cancellation. If no communication is received prior to the session, session is on as scheduled.

Weather Policy:

* We will notify families of any weather/school related cancellations via email. We reschedule sessions due to poor and or unsafe weather conditions as indicated in the National Childcare Weather Chart. If we do have to cancel a session due to weather, we will communicate how that class will be made up via email as well. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US, CLASS IS ON AS SCHEDULED. MOSTLY, DUE TO AVAILABLE INDOOR SPACE AT ASSIGNED LOCATION.
